I was hoping for more custom options, but they felt limited, tbh. Like, come on now, if customization is part of the appeal, I expected a little more flexibility

Customer service was bad. I reached out with a couple of simple questions, but it felt like nobody actually read my message. I just kept getting passed around and waiting for replies that didn’t really answer anything

I ordered the wood samples hoping they’d make the decision easier, but they didn’t really do much for me. They felt too small to get a real sense of the wood, and to my eye they didn’t look much like the photos online. I’m probably a little picky about wood tones, but these just didn’t help me feel confident choosing one.

Overall, I’d say it’s a decent place to buy from if quality is your main priority. If you’re trying to keep a project on a tighter budget, though, you may want to compare prices first...

The communication was bad from start to finish. I had to ask the same stuff more than once, and even then the answers I got weren’t really clear. It just felt like no one was on the same page, which was frustating.

My order got here on time, so that part was fine, but the box looked beat up when it arrived. A couple of the boards had dents along the edges, and the wrapping was torn open in a few places.

The wood itself seems good, so I wouldnt say the whole order was a problem. Its just annoying to spend money on decent material and have it show up looking like it wasnt handled very carefully.
